Becoming a Registered Campus Ministry

In accordance with University policy, the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs is pleased to invite you to register as a university-affiliated campus ministry for the current academic year. To facilitate this process, please complete a Campus Ministry Application Form and Agreement and submit the following required information:
 

  1. The completed Campus Ministry Application Form and Agreement including the name(s) and social security number(s) and vehicular information of your organization’s representatives - Your signature is required on the Agreement
  2. Provide a photocopy of evidence that the applicant is a true representative of the faith or denomination
  3. Provide a photocopy of evidence of educational training and prior experience
  4. Furnish evidence of student interest in the university community by the presence of a representative student group or an active student church on campus
Once your application has been approved, we will notify you and the appropriate offices of the University in regard to your parking and identification cards.

Becoming a registered Campus Ministry offers certain benefits including a Rutgers I.D. for your staff members, a parking permit, a campus email address, and listing on the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs website.
