The Division of Student Affairs strives to help students succeed and thrive, not only while attending Rutgers but after graduation, To assist us in achieving this, we provide programs, services, and learning opportunities which not only align with our mission, vision, and core values, but also reflect the tenets of the Knight’s Call while using data to inform how these programs and services are shaped and delivered.
Additionally, with the challenges our students now face due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we've identified four pillars—academic success, student engagement, health and wellness, and inclusion—which are fundamental to our work. These four pillars provide a foundation from which we approach our work and inspire us to provide programs and services to help our students thrive throughout their current experience.
