Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL)

The Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership (MSL) is a national survey instrument that examines the impact of college involvement on student leadership development. One of 73 colleges and universities nationally, 673 undergraduate students from Rutgers University-New Brunswick participated in the 2021 administration of the MSL. Given the timing of the administration, the survey asked students about their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this infographic is to communicate what we learned from undergraduate students and connect you with the appropriate resources to ensure all students feel the support necessary to navigate the college experience amidst COVID.
